My stay at the Madelise Grand Hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right in the historic center, making it easy to explore the Old Quarter. However, I encountered a few issues, like noise from nearby construction that could be bothersome during the day and hot water problems that required waiting upon my arrival. Overall, while there were helpful staff members, the experience wasn't entirely satisfying.

I had a mixed experience at the Madelise Grand Hotel in Hanoi. On the plus side, my room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, and the staff provided excellent service, assisting me with everything from food recommendations to motorbike rentals. However, I was disappointed by the construction outside the hotel which made it hard to find and impacted the ambiance. Nonetheless, the location was great for exploring the Old Quarter. 🌟
